Dear Heavenly Father, Today we pray for Christians. Our brothers and sisters in Christ so often feel isolated when they are weakened, vulnerable or just plain down. Often they don’t want to ask for help because of fear of judgment by other Christians. We pray that you will know tell us when, where, and what to say and do to let your love and mercy be heard. We pray that we will have the courage and rely on the power of the Holy Spirit to do what you tell us to help them, what is biblical, and what honors you. Thank you for the guidelines you have given us through the Holy Word. Thank you for the leaders you have provided to inspire, teach, and guide us. Thank you for all of your provisions and blessings. With love and appreciation we come to you, Father. In the name of Jesus the Christ we pray, amen.
1 John 3:17 But if anyone has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God’s love abide in him?
